Yes. You can scale your license at any time. We'll prorate the difference based on your billing cycle.
What's included in onboarding?
Onboarding includes a kickoff call, spreadsheet import assistance, role setup for your team, and a 60-minute training session for your coordinator and faculty leads.
Do you offer multi-year contracts?
Yes. Multi-year contracts are available at 10% off for all tiers. Enterprise customers can negotiate custom terms.
Is there a free trial?
We don't offer self-serve trials, but we provide a live demo environment you can explore right now. For qualified prospects, we can arrange a pilot with your own data.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept purchase orders and institutional payments in CAD or USD. Invoices are issued annually in advance.
How does the spreadsheet import work?
Our import tool maps your existing accreditation spreadsheets to MapOutcomes' structure. We help you validate the import during onboarding — most institutions are fully migrated in a single session.
Are you PIPEDA-compliant?
Yes. MapOutcomes is Canadian-hosted and fully PIPEDA-compliant. We handle student-adjacent data according to privacy best practices — no direct student PII is stored.
What about ABET-accredited programs?
MapOutcomes is built for CEAB but designed with multi-framework flexibility from the ground up. ABET customers are welcome — contact us to discuss your framework structure.
